Classes
Whether you’re an emerging writer or a pro, our two-hour classes are a great place to start or continue your writing journey. Classes incorporate craft talks, generative exercises, and topic-based writing industry advice delivered in an all-inclusive, nurturing environment. All classes are 20% off for our members.
Expert Talks
Expert Talks are a unique opportunity to connect with specialists from various fields and disciplines and learn about their work and passions. Expert instructors aren’t always writers. They might be doctors, mountaineers, opera singers, or quantum physicists. Whatever their specialty, these experts can help writers enrich their general knowledge base and story quality. Series
Our series workshops meet over several days and provide a more in-depth focus on a topic. These classes are perfect for anyone who would like to immerse themselves in a specific craft element or genre. The series’ instructors guide writers through readings, writing exercises, generative work, critique, and group discussions. All workshops are 20% off for our members.
Class Recordings
As our student, you will have access to class recordings. This means that you will never have to miss a class, even if you can’t attend it in person. All you need to do is register as usual and email a request for a recording to info@loungewriters.com. You will receive the file and class materials within three days!
